We are looking for someone to work from 8am eastern standard time to 5pm eastern standard time from Tuesday – Thursday. (More days/hours can be added on after onboarding. )
Specific Requirements:
– Great communication skills
– Ability to reference training materials and send fast and helpful responses to guest questions and inquiries
– Dispatch maintenance/team members to jobs as necessary
– Raise issues to team
– Perform administrative tasks
